Theo Hisherik

Crisis Co-Director

Theo Hisherik is a second-year student at Sciences Po Paris, Campus de Menton, studying Political Science and International Relations. Born and raised in London, Theo joined MEDMUN in 2024 as a Crisis Staffer. He quickly distinguished himself through his work designing the Red Horizon Crisis Committee, which simulated a high-stakes scenario involving a Chinese invasion of Taiwan. Eventually he was appointed as Co-Director of Crisis for the 14th edition of the conference.

As Co-Director, Theo is committed to raising the bar for crisis simulations at MEDMUN—expanding intercollegiate partnerships with other crisis teams, innovating committee design, and delivering dynamic, high-impact experiences for delegates. Together with his co-director Noemi, his goal is to make this year’s crisis track the most engaging and memorable in MEDMUN’s 20-year history.

Outside of MUN, Theo enjoys swimming, long-distance running, and has a strong academic & interest in foreign policy and military history.
