Ismael Toyos
Logistics Co-Director
Ismael Toyos Ramos is a second-year student at the Euro-Mediterranean campus of Sciences Po Paris, where he majors in Politics and Government with a minor in Legal Thinking. Born in Mexico City and raised in a Mexican-Spanish household, Ismael developed a deep curiosity in cultural intersections from an early age.
Throughout his Model United Nations (MUN) career, Ismael has served as both a delegate and chair in conferences across Mexico and the United States. He later became Logistics Coordinator for SAFEMUN, his high school’s 800-delegate conference, and subsequently served as Under Secretary of Academics. These experiences sparked his lasting interest in international law and diplomacy.
In 2024, Ismael joined MEDMUN as Head of the Spanish Committee, where he designed, curated, and executed one of the conference’s most dynamic and culturally rich committees, attracting delegates from across the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America. He now serves as MEDMUN’s Director of Logistics alongside Evangeline Campion, overseeing the operational side of the conference and ensuring its smooth execution. In addition, he also serves as Director of Finance, working to secure funding through subventions and fundraising initiatives, ensuring the financial sustainability of the association.
