Sara Hajjar

Head of Conseil Municipal

Sara is a Franco-Moroccan student born in Toulon, a background that has fueled her passion for the political, social, and economic dynamics of the Mediterranean and the Arab world. Her Moroccan heritage has enriched her interpersonal relationships and helped her develop the open-mindedness that drives her commitment to international relations.

She is currently in her second year at Sciences Po Paris, on the Menton campus, where she specializes in Politics and Government. She also serves as Head of the Marseille Youth Council. Marseille has been part of her region since birth, and she is excited to contribute to the creation of this committee, a project that is particularly close to her heart.

Last year, Ninon participated in her first Model United Nations (MUN), an experience that confirmed her passion for international relations. Today, she is determined to promote Mediterranean excellence from Marseille to Meknès, and to help build a space where young people from around the world can exchange ideas, debate, and build bridges between their cultures.

Outside of her studies and associative work, she is passionate about dance — a form of expression that deeply resonates with her. She also enjoys Mediterranean culture in all its forms — literature, music, photography, and sports — as she believes culture is essential to understanding and connecting societies.

As Head of Conseil Municipal, Ninon is excited to make MEDMUN 2026 a truly memorable experience for everyone involved.
