Eva Kotsonis

Head of the French-Speaking Crisis Committee

Eva Kotsonis is a second-year student at Sciences Po Paris, Campus de Menton, pursuing a degree in Political Science and International Relations, majoring in Political Humanities. Originally from Toulouse, she first joined MEDMUN as a delegate after expanding her experience in other Model United Nations conferences. In 2025, she became part of the MEDMUN staff as Head of a French Crisis Committee.
For Eva, a crisis committee is more than an exercise in speed and strategy: it is a laboratory for rethinking politics. Her aim is to use the margin of crisis not only to simulate emergencies, but to shed light on questions that are rarely challenged in conventional debates, inviting delegates to look at diplomacy through angles they might never have considered.
Outside of MUN, Eva has a deep passion for music, having trained at the conservatory, as well as dance and chess. She thrives on intellectual curiosity and creative exploration, always seeking new ways to connect critical thinking.
